It is important that children with dyslexia and other learning differences know that they are not alone.

While each story is unique, many children and have families have similar experiences trying to achieve understanding and action for their children. We hope these stories raise awareness of the challenges but also provide hope and inspiration!

    Our stories...

Clare is a teacher who has seen amazing results from using science of reading principles in her work.

Pippa is about to go into Grade 7, how is she going to face this new challenge?

Ed is 14 and has a wonderful ability to see the bigger picture in 3D, but it's not always easy.

Sam is 19 and has just started University.

Amelia is a Mum who has had to learn a lot about dyslexia.

Rufus is the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Tasmania, but still has difficulty with spelling.

Harriet is passionate about helping parents and children navigate their way through a world that isn't understanding of dyslexia.

Judith is an amazing educator and dyslexia advocate with decades of experience and a special love for Tasmania.

Amanda is a mum of three kids, all of whom are deliciously dyslexic!
